Insurance

I am an in-network provider for Aetna, Cigna, Premera BlueCross, Regence BlueShield, TRICARE, Johns Hopkins Health Care Employee Health Plan (EHP) and the Uniformed Services Family Health Plan (USFHP). Please check with your insurance company regarding reimbursement rates.  For situations where I am not an in-network provider, I can provide a detailed receipt which you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please note that having insurance is not a guarantee that your insurance provider will pay for all behavioral health services, particularly when there is no mental health diagnosis (i.e. depression, anxiety, etc.).  I accept cash, personal checks and credit card as payment due at the time the service is provided.
